Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before scheduling your event.

1. Style and Grace Carriages may visit the event site prior to finalizing this contract. Equines will not be required to pull grades exceeding 4% of weight.
2. Style and Grace Carriages may cancel this contract due to unforeseen circumstances such as loss of an equine’s shoe(s), an animal’s health , faulty equipment, etc. If Style and Grace cancels, all fees will be fully refunded within 10 working days of the event. If the service has started, and must halt for reasons beyond both parties control, such as, inclement weather(primarily heavy rain and lightening etc.), the customer may reschedule the event within one (1) year of service.
3. Certain weather conditions (primarily heavy rain, lightening, flooding and snow storms) can be dangerous to passengers, carriage staff and equines. Light rain usually does not require cancellation but, passengers may get wet during rain. The coachman will determine if it is safe to proceed with services during inclement weather.
4. Changes in time/location must be made at least 48 hours in advance to accommodate other Style and Grace events. Due to scheduling , it may not be possible to adjust your scheduled time. Please be prompt as your 3 hr. Reservation starts at the time noted when the event was booked. Overtime will be charged at $100 per additional hour.
5. All reservations exceeding 2 hours will include a 30 minute break for the equines to rest and drink
6. Equines may wear metal shoes to protect them and to reduce chances of slips and falls on smooth surfaces. These shoes may scratch streets and other surfaces but, are essential to the safety of our passengers and equines.
7. Customers must confirm event date availability by using the event calendar located on our website.
8. This contract will terminate automatically after the event.
9. This contract is executed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Neither party may assign or transfer this contract.
11. If Drone video services are selected, I agree to an outdoor drone video being taken of the event by a licensed drone operator. Drone services will be provided only if weather permits. “All videos will be finalized then emailed to the customer within 1 month of the event’s date. Drone videos may also be accessed on Style and Grace’s social media pages and the Style and Grace website for viewing.”
12. Payments are non-refundable however, customers may reschedule events within one (1) year of initial service cancellation.
13. The management team of Style & Grace Carriages will ensure that quality services are provided to each customer therefore, all events must be booked/paid at least 5 days prior to the event’s date.
